Housing Associations play a crucial and important role in developing communities and neighbourhoods across London. They provide not only housing but vital services to their customers such as support in accessing training and skills, home help services and forums where people can discuss openly and honestly their aspirations and issues for their local environment. They are also often at the forefront of developing new ways of working collaboratively with communities and ensuring all groups can contribute to local debate and decision making.
